It's a record-keeping and documentation tool, not a certification, compliance, or legal advice service. Using BuildPack doesn't substitute for your own professional obligations, building regulations compliance, or insurance requirements.

• You must provide a real, working email address and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for anything that happens through your account, including via anyone you invite to a team.
• Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Everything you enter into BuildPack - project details, client information, photos, documents - stays yours. We don't claim ownership of it, and we only use it to provide the service back to you.

• Use BuildPack for anything unlawful, or to store data you don't have the right to hold;
• Try to access another account or project you're not authorised to see;
• Interfere with the service, attempt to bypass its security, or overload it deliberately;
• Use self-service links to collect data from people without their knowledge that it's being recorded.

We aim to keep BuildPack available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" - we're not liable for data loss, downtime, or errors, though we take reasonable steps to prevent them (including keeping backups and monitoring for problems). Export your data regularly if it's business-critical.
